1.We promise that the products provided to the users will conform to the corresponding industry standards, regulations and Specifications issued by the state.           

2. The products provided by us are guaranteed to meet the requirements of the bidding documents and the contract. In case of any discrepancy, the user can return the products unconditionally, and the losses caused shall be borne by us.            

3. If we win the bid, we guarantee that we will not subcontract or change the design scheme without authorization, and will not reduce the quality requirements. In the actual construction, if it is really necessary to make further adjustment to the other party's plan, the adjustment shall be made after the written confirmation of the user. The bid winning price shall not be changed. If the price needs to be changed, it shall be agreed by the user.           

4. The project is guaranteed to be completed within 20 days after the signing of the contract. If the project cannot be completed on schedule (except for force majeure), we are willing to bear the liability for breach of contract. For each day overdue, 1% of the bid price will be deducted as penalty to the purchaser. If our project cannot be completed on time and the project is delayed due to the use unit, the construction period shall be postponed accordingly.            

5. All the labor expenses, safety insurance, accommodation, transportation and other expenses of our party to the site construction have been included in the tender offer, and we shall be responsible for it.            

6. We agree with the payment method of the bid inviting party. After signing the contract, we will pay 10% of the total payment, 75% of the total payment after the equipment installation and acceptance, 95% of the total payment after one year of the building completion and use, and the remaining 5% after the expiration of the product warranty period.            

7. We promise: the warranty period of the products is three years from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, we are responsible for free maintenance. If the product itself causes losses to the user, we are willing to compensate the user for the loss. We guarantee to provide maintenance service after the warranty period.
