1. Pre-sales technical services

The company has a pre-sales service for users in charge of free technical services. Includes:

1) User technical consultation;

2) Assist users to determine the type, model, and quantity of corresponding products and accessories;

3) Provide user's suggestion design scheme.

2. In-sale technical service

After the proposed design scheme in the early stage is accepted by users and the business contact in the early stage is implemented, the user service under the corresponding contract principle will be started.

We will provide users with a complete design finalization scheme to meet their requirements of users.

After the completion of the equipment, we will provide the user with the corresponding project completion report. At the same time, accept the inspection and acceptance of users and relevant aspects.

1) Our company implements three guarantees for the sold products. During the three guarantees period, if there is any problem caused by the product manufacturing quality, the company will guarantee the repair, replacement, and return. For the problem caused by other reasons, the company will assist the user to solve the problem, so as to ensure the product is put into operation in time and reduce the accident loss to a low level.

2) Adhere to the principle of quality and customer first.

3) In case of any quality problem within the scope of maintenance, the company shall be responsible for maintenance.
