3. Provide free service for one year; charge service will be implemented after one year; if more functional increase or modification is involved, it will be charged separately according to the workload. If the hardware equipment fails outside the warranty period, the maintenance cost shall be borne by the user; if the fault is caused by the user's improper operation, and within the free service period, the company will only charge travel expenses, free of technical service fees.
