(2) Irradiation dose and time: different kinds of microorganisms have different sensitivities to ultraviolet rays. When disinfecting with ultraviolet rays, the irradiation dose must be used to kill the target microorganisms.
The results showed that the irradiation dose should reach 10000 uw.s/cm2 when killing common bacterial propagules; 100000 uw.s/cm2 for killing bacterial spores; the resistance of virus to ultraviolet rays was between the bacterial propagation and spores; the resistance of fungal spores was stronger than that of bacterial spores, and sometimes it was necessary to irradiate to 600000 When the target microorganism of disinfection is unknown, the irradiation dose should not be less than 100000 UW. S / cm2. The irradiation dose is the product of the irradiation intensity and the irradiation time of the ultraviolet lamp on the surface of the irradiated object.
