1.Although the servo motor has a high degree of protection, it can be used in places with dust, moisture or oil droplets, but it does not mean that you can immerse it in water. It should be placed in a relatively clean environment as far as possible.  2. If the servo motor is connected to a reduction gear, the oil seal should be filled when using the servo motor to prevent the oil from the reduction gear entering the servo motor.            

3. Check the servo motor regularly to ensure that there is no fatal external damage.            

4. Check the fixed parts of the servo motor regularly to ensure the connection is firm.           

 5. Check the output shaft of servo motor regularly to ensure smooth rotation.

Fault 1:            

Fault performance: after power on, the motor will make a buzzing sound, and it can not be turned by external force. Or check the iron core punch, and use tools to remove the protruding part of the core punch.            

Fault 2:            

Fault performance: after the servo motor is powered on, the motor has no abnormal noise, but it can not be started. Fault causes: there are three possible causes for this fault of the motor: one is the power supply disconnection or the incoming wire head is loose; the second is the occurrence of open circuit in the winding; the third is the phenomenon of short circuit or overheating and burning in the winding. In addition, the core friction between the stator and the rotor and the broken cage of the rotor can also cause this kind of fault.
