Precautions

1) Please operate and use according to the user manual.

2) From the date of purchase, if the product has quality problems, it will be returned or replaced within three months. In case of failure under normal use, the drive with shell can get 1 year free warranty.

3) When putting forward the warranty, please contact our company with the receipt and warranty instruction.

4) The replacement of consumables (such as silicon film, radiator, etc.) and accessories is not within the warranty scope of this manual.

5) The company shall not be liable for the loss or damage of interests caused by the failure of the drive and the deletion or change of the program when the user or after-sales maintenance personnel repair and replace the accessories (as well as the unreasonable requirements put forward by a third party).

6) During the warranty period, the following cases are charge repair:

a) Did not show the receipt sealed by the company;

b) Failure caused by improper carrying, transportation or storage after purchase;

c) Failure caused by improper use;

d) Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, rodent and other disasters or theft;

e) Failure and damage caused by irregular repair.

7) The company does not provide maintenance service for the damage caused by operation in violation of the user manual, unauthorized modification, CPU damage, fault and damage caused by abnormal voltage.

8) If the user connects the output wiring of the power supply or motor with the control signal wire, resulting in the failure or damage of the driver, our company does not provide maintenance service.

9) If the user forcibly connects the power supply to continue to use the driver after the fuse is burnt out, so that the driver is burnt out, this situation is not within the scope of warranty.

10) The drive module without shell (bare board) is a special price drive promoted at cost price, and does not provide warranty service.

7. Common Faults and Maintenance of the ROV motor driver

7. 1. When the oscilloscope checks the current monitoring output terminal of the driver, it is found that it is all noise and cannot be read out:

Cause of fault: the current monitoring output is not isolated from the AC power supply (transformer).

Processing method: it can be detected and observed with DC voltmeter.

7. 2. The motor runs faster in one direction than in the other

(1) Fault cause: the phase of the brushless motor is wrong.

Treatment: detect or find out the correct phase.

(2) Fault cause: when not used for test, the test / deviation switch is set to the test position.

Handling method: turn the test / deviation switch to the deviation position.

(3) Cause of the problem: the position of the deviation potentiometer is not correct.

Processing method: reset.

7. 3. The LED remains red at all times:

Cause of fault: there is a fault.

Handling method: cause: overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overheating, drive forbidden, hall invalid.
