Precautions

1. Avoid the risk of short circuit by placing the differential wheel hub motorin a wet place

2. Avoid the sharp objects close to the stator winding to prevent the insulation layer from damage and short circuit of the motor.

3. Do not use in dusty places.

4. Ensure good lubrication when the motor is running. 6. There is abnormal noise when the motor is running without load. Please check the source of the noise.

5. Small metal objects shall not be stacked next to the differential wheel hub motor to avoid falling into the motor.

6. Do not use or store products in an environment where the pH range may cause corrosion or dissolution of products or packaging materials.

Instructions for regular maintenance

1. Do not change the power supply voltage at will, for example, 4.8V for receiver, 6.0V for improving the performance of servo motor to avoid excessive load of servo motor and determine the torque according to the nature of work and the length of swing arm.

2. Make good use of the vibration proof washer to protect the servo motor. When installing the servo motor, do not lock it too tightly, resulting in the deformation of the vibration proof washer.

3. When replacing the servo motor gear, ceramic lubricating oil must be used. Do not use mineral lubricating oil to avoid deterioration and easy fracture of plastic gear.

4. If your servo motor does not have the function of waterproof and dustproof, please avoid water or dust running into the servo motor.

5. For the maintenance of the servo motor, it is necessary to note that when installing or removing the coupling parts to the shaft end of the servo motor, do not directly hit the shaft end with a hammer.
