5. Instructions and precautions
Fault reason: the command signal is not to the driver signal ground.
Processing method: connect the command signal ground with the driver signal ground.
Fault: after power on, the LED of the driver is not on Fault reason: the power supply voltage is too low, less than the minimum voltage requirements.
Treatment: check and increase the power supply voltage.
Fault: when the motor rotates, the LED light flashes
1. Fault reason: Hall phase error.
Treatment: check whether the motor phase setting switch (60? / 120?) is correct. Most brushless motors have a 120? Phase difference.
2. Fault cause: Hall sensor failure
Treatment method: detect the voltage of hall a, Hall B and Hall C when the motor rotates. The voltage should be between 5VDC and 0.
Fault: LED remains red all the time
Cause of failure: there is a fault.
Treatment method: cause: over voltage, under voltage, short circuit, overheating, driver forbidden, hall invalid.
In the use of servo system, can servo-on be used as the signal to control the motor off-line so as to directly rotate the motor shaft?
Although the motor can be offline (in free state) when the srv-on signal is disconnected, do not use it to start or stop the motor. Frequent use of it may damage the drive. If the off-line function needs to be realized, the switch of control mode can be adopted: assuming that the servo system needs position control, the control mode selection parameter no02 can be set to 4, that is, the first mode is position control, and the second mode is torque control. Then C-mode is used to switch the control mode: in position control, the signal C-mode is opened to make the driver work in the first mode (i.e. position control); when it is necessary to be offline, the signal C-mode is closed to make the driver work in the second mode (i.e. torque control). Because the torque command input trqr is not connected, the motor output torque is zero, thus realizing offline.
