When the oscilloscope checks the current monitoring output of the driver, it is found that it is all noise and cannot be read out
Cause of fault: current monitoring output is not isolated from AC power supply (transformer)
Treatment method: DC voltmeter can be used to detect and observe.
The motor runs faster in one direction than in the other
Fault reason: the phase of brushless motor is wrong.
Processing method: detect or find out the correct phase.
Fault reason: when not used for test, the test / deviation switch is in the test position.
Treatment method: turn the test / deviation switch to the deviation position.
Fault reason: the position of deviation potentiometer is incorrect.
