Precautions

Instructions for regular inspection

Detection before operation (control power not supplied)

Whether the control switch is in the off state.

Servo driver or external regenerative resistance shall not be set on combustible objects.

In order to avoid the failure of electromagnetic brake, please check whether the circuit that stops running immediately and cuts off the power supply is normal.

When the electronic instrument used near the servo driver is subject to electromagnetic interference, please use the instrument to reduce the electromagnetic interference.

Please make sure the applied voltage level of the driver is correct.

Pre operation test (control power supply supplied)

The cable of detector (encoder) shall be free from excessive stress. When the motor is running, pay attention to whether the connecting cable contacts with the parts to produce abrasion or pull phenomenon.

If the servo motor vibrates or the running sound is too loud, please contact the manufacturer.

Confirm whether the parameters are set correctly, and there may be unexpected actions according to different mechanical characteristics. Do not over extreme adjust the parameters.

When resetting the parameters, please make sure whether the driver is in the state of servo off, otherwise it will be the cause of the fault.

When the relay operates, if there is no contact sound or other abnormal sound, please contact the manufacturer.
