Precautions

1. Electric shock hazard, the equipment must be connected to the power supply under the condition of protective grounding

2. Avoid the risk of short circuit by placing the hub motor in a wet place.

3. Avoid the sharp objects close to the stator winding to prevent the insulation layer from damage and short circuit of the motor.

4. Do not use in dusty places.

5. Ensure good lubrication when the motor is running.

6. Store in an indoor environment with temperature no more than 35 ℃, relative humidity no more than 90%, and no corrosive gas.

Instructions for regular maintenance

1. Clean the dust, dirt and oil stains on the terminal, encoder and servo driver regularly.

2. Check the vibration and sound of the motor every day.

3. The insulation resistance shall be checked regularly to ensure good insulation. Generally, it shall be checked once a year.

4. For the servo motor with oil seal, it is better to replace the oil seal every year or 20000h.

5. Ensure the lubrication of servo motor bearing and change the lubricating oil regularly.
