6. Instructions and precautions

Precautions

1. Avoid placing the torque sensor in a wet place, and there is a risk of short circuit.

2. Do not use in dusty places.

3. Wear electrostatic bracelet to prevent electrostatic breakdown.

4. During installation, pay attention to axial / radial force at torque sensor shaft end, maximum external vibration at shaft end and maximum speed limit.

5. After the installation, clean up the debris. The magnetic debris will increase the positioning error, torque command fluctuation, abnormal noise, etc.

6. Please avoid using the graphic surface of the torque sensor under the condition of condensation or water drop, otherwise the insulation capacity will be reduced, or short circuit will be caused.

7. Crystal products may be damaged under certain conditions. For example, falling off the table or being impacted during the mounting process. If the product has been impacted, it is not recommended to continue to use it.

Instructions for regular maintenance

1. The mechanical part needs to check whether the mechanical connection and matching part in the system are loose due to time operation once a month, and check whether the connecting screw of profile support is tightened.

2. Clean the dust on the torque sensor every quarter with a special cleaning solution. After cleaning the dust on the torque sensor, dry the circuit board with a blower.

3. Observe whether the electronic components in the circuit pass through the traces of high temperature every quarter, and whether the electrolytic capacitor bulges and leaks, and replace them if any.

4. Check whether there is crack or loose welding between pad and element foot of torque sensor printed circuit every quarter, and repair welding if any
