DS600B servo driver has the characteristics of small size, high power density and various functions. It is competitive in price and performance. The DS600B servo driver can be connected with PC, touch screen, PLC or other controllers through RS485/CAN bus. The upper computer software attached to the driver can run in the Windows environment of the PC, and perform parameter setting and real-time control of the driver through the RS485 bus.

 The position sensor is an incremental encoder, Hall;

 Integrated operation panel for system commissioning, testing and driver status display;

 The control modes include position control mode, velocity control mode and current (torque) control mode;

 The operation mode is the network operation mode;

 Support real-time switching of multi-groups control amplification function;

 Support RS485 and CAN bus communication, RS485 can achieve 31 drivers, and 110 drivers can be networked by the CAN bus;

 Support MODBUS protocol;

 Built-in T-curve trajectory planning function, the motor can move continuously with multiple trajectories in T-curve mode;

 Functions such as driver parameter adjustment, online monitoring and real-time control can be easily performed through the upper computer software;

 Support the function of saving, uploading and downloading of driver parameter files;

 The motor emergency stop movement includes controlled stop and uncontrolled stop mode, the controlled stop mode can be divided into immediate stop and deceleration   stop mode;

 Current limit and speed limit functions, real-time monitoring of IPM module temperature;

 With temperature protection, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage protection, I 2 T current limit and other functions, with high reliability;

 Current loop control frequency is 15kHz;

 Position / velocity loop control frequency is 5kHz;

 Accept customized needs from customers, including special treatments such as high and low temperature, vibration, and three defenses treatment.
