Precautions

1. The use environment shall be kept dry frequently, the motor surface shall be kept clean, and the air inlet shall not be blocked by dust, fiber, etc.

2. When the thermal protection of the motor continuously acts, it should be found out whether the fault comes from the motor or overload or the setting value of the protection device is too low. After the fault is eliminated, it can be put into operation.

3. The motor shall be well lubricated during operation. Generally, when the motor runs for about 5000 hours, the lubricating grease shall be supplemented or replaced. If the bearing is overheated or the lubrication is deteriorated during operation, the hydraulic pressure shall replace the lubricating grease in time. When replacing the grease, the old grease shall be removed, and the oil groove of the bearing and bearing cover shall be cleaned with gasoline. Then, zl-3 lithium grease shall be filled into 1 / 2 (to 2 poles) and 2 / 3 (to 4, 6 and 8 poles) of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.

4. When the service life of the bearing is over, the vibration and noise of the motor will increase obviously. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following values, the bearing shall be replaced.

5. When disassembling the motor, take out the rotor from the shaft extension end or the non-extension end. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is more convenient to remove the rotor from the non-shaft extension end. When withdrawing the rotor from the stator, the stator winding or insulation shall be prevented from being damaged.

6. When replacing the winding, the form, size, turns, wire gauge, etc. of the original winding must be recorded. When these data are lost, it is necessary to ask the manufacturer for them, and change the original design winding at will, which often makes one or several performances of the motor deteriorate, or even cannot be used.

7. When using the servo motor, pay attention to: keep the motor clean and free of dust; check the appearance of the motor frequently to see if there is any misplacement of parts; check the bearing frequently for replacement or oil filling, and check the incoming wire connector

Instructions for regular maintenance

1. Clean the dust, dirt and oil stains on the terminal, encoder and servo driver regularly.

2. Check the vibration and sound of the motor every day.

3. The insulation resistance shall be checked regularly to ensure good insulation. Generally, it shall be checked once a year.

4. For the servo motor with oil seal, it is better to replace the oil seal every year or 20000h.

5. Ensure the lubrication of servo motor bearing and change the lubricating oil regularly.

6. Ensure that the working voltage does not exceed ± 5% of the working voltage
