On October 22, the 83rd China International Medical Device Expo (CMEF), a grand event known as the “bellwether” of the industry, concluded successfully in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). The new exoskeleton robot exhibited by RoboCT won the “popularity king” of CMEF2020 must-see rehabilitation robot.
In this exhibition, RoboCT exhibited a number of intelligent health care products including UGO210 exoskeleton robot, UGO220 exoskeleton robot, exoskeleton automatic following suspension, UFU 210 exoskeleton robot, etc. Among them, UGO220 exoskeleton robot, as the upgraded version of UGO210, attracted the most attention.UGO220 has made technological innovations in both software and hardware: the body adopts a brand new design, adding the function of automatic length adjustment, so that the therapist can operate more simply; At the same time, the doctor card and the patient card are added, which can effectively retain the training data of patients and facilitate the rapid identification of personal ID.
The lower limb is a new flexible exoskeleton designed to simulate the natural gait. The cloud platform rehabilitation assessment system has also been updated to monitor patients’ use in real time. In general, UGO 220 can make users feel more comfortable when walking, greatly improving their experience.
During the exhibition, many visitors experienced the products of RoboCT. A “special” girl made the scene suddenly quiet. She is a child with cerebral palsy, and a decade in bed and in a wheelchair has made her desire to stand up even stronger. With the encouragement of the staff, she smoothly put on the robot and stood for the first time and moved freely, which brought her a bright smile. This also let RoboCT more firmly believe that the exoskeleton benefit of human mission is still a long way off!
