Driving method of industrial robot

Pneumatic drives are mostly used for industrial robots to operate power switches and start and stop. Compared with hydraulic drives, pneumatic drives are very easy to achieve high speed because of the low viscosity of air compression. Because the gas path of the centralized air compressor station can be used in the processing plant, the power equipment is reduced, the gas material does not pollute the environment, and all normal work can be performed under high temperature safety; Cheap, so pneumatic drive components are cheaper than hydraulic parts.


Motor control can be divided into general AC motor drive, AC motor speed control motor drive and motor drive. With the improvement of the characteristics of raw materials, the characteristics of motors applied by industrial robot manufacturers are also improved and the application of motors is simple. Therefore, at this stage, smart robot drives are gradually being replaced by motor-driven ones.
