It is a new generation of omni-directional mobile wheel group. The omni-directional motion equipment based on mecanum wheel technology can realize forward, horizontal, oblique, rotation and combination of motion modes, which has significant adaptability and wide application in the scene of limited transfer space and narrow operation channel.

Operation mode
The running directions of the four Mecanum wheel modules are straight travel, backward travel, left translation, right translation, left rotation and right rotation as the operation direction. (photo)
Precautions
- When taking the mcram wheel, be careful of the looseness of the motor wire
- When taking the Mecanum wheel, you should be careful that the palm muscles are squeezed by the roller.
- Please don't put the wheel in the wet place
- Please turn off the power as soon as you stop working
- Using a Mecanum wheel in a dusty place can destroy it
After-sale service
(1) Please operate and use according to the user manual.
(2) From the date of purchase, if the product has quality problems, it will be returned or replaced within three months. In case of failure under normal use, the drive with shell can get 1 year free warranty.
(3) When putting forward the warranty, please contact our company with the receipt and warranty instruction.
(4) The replacement of consumables (such as silicon film, radiator, etc.) and accessories is not within the warranty scope of this manual.
(5) The company shall not be liable for the loss or damage of interests caused by the failure of the drive and the deletion or change of the program when the user or after-sales maintenance personnel repair and replace the accessories (as well as the unreasonable requirements put forward by a third party).
(6) During the warranty period, the following cases are charge repair:
a. Did not show the receipt sealed by the company;
b. Failure caused by improper carrying, transportation or storage after purchase;
c. Failure caused by improper use;
d. Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, rodent and other disasters or theft;
e. Failure and damage caused by irregular repair.
f. The company does not provide maintenance service for the damage caused by operation in violation of the user manual, unauthorized modification, CPU damage, fault and damage caused by abnormal voltage.
g. If the user connects the output wiring of the power supply or motor with the control signal wire, resulting in the failure or damage of the driver, our company does not provide maintenance service.
