1.Although the servo motor has a high degree of protection, it can be used in places with dust, moisture or oil droplets, but it does not mean that you can immerse it in water. It should be placed in a relatively clean environment as far as possible. This is a key point that needs our attention, and also tells us to properly place the servo motor, so as to ensure that it will not be eroded by other media and protect the motor equipment to the maximum extent.
2. If the servo motor is connected to a reduction gear, the oil seal should be filled when using the servo motor to prevent the oil from the reduction gear entering the servo motor.
3. Check the servo motor regularly to ensure that there is no fatal external damage.
4. Check the fixed parts of the servo motor regularly to ensure the connection is firm.
5. Check the output shaft of servo motor regularly to ensure smooth rotation.
6. Regularly check the encoder connecting line of servo motor and the power connector of servo motor to confirm that they are firmly connected.

Fault 1:
Fault performance: after power on, the motor will make a buzzing sound, and it can not be turned by external force. Fault causes: there are four main reasons for this kind of failure: first, the bearing wear is relatively serious; second, the stator and rotor iron cores rub; third, the bearing is bent; fourth, the deformation of iron core sheet in the motor equipment is prominent. The corresponding troubleshooting methods can be taken according to the above different fault causes, such as] judge whether the bearing is worn, if there is serious wear, the bearing can be directly replaced. Or check the iron core punch, and use tools to remove the protruding part of the core punch.
Fault 2:
Fault performance: after the servo motor is powered on, the motor has no abnormal noise, but it can not be started. Fault causes: there are three possible causes for this fault of the motor: one is the power supply disconnection or the incoming wire head is loose; the second is the occurrence of open circuit in the winding; the third is the phenomenon of short circuit or overheating and burning in the winding. Troubleshooting: for each case, you can check the power supply and restore the power supply, and then connect the wire head firmly For the two kinds of fault reasons, the specific position of the breakpoint can be found out with a multimeter or a test pin, and then the specific position can be repaired locally, or the winding can be directly replaced; for the third reason, the short-circuit point can be found first for local repair, or Replace.
Fault 3:
Fault phenomenon: the temperature is too high and the temperature rises quickly during the operation of the motor.Fault reason: the main reason for such failure of servo motor is that the power supply voltage is too high or too much drop; in addition, overload operation of motor or bearing oil shortage and damage can also cause such failure. In addition, the core friction between the stator and the rotor and the broken cage of the rotor can also cause this kind of fault. Troubleshooting: servo motor maintenance encounter such a fault, you can first adjust the size of the power supply voltage, but also can reduce the load. After this kind of operation, it is necessary to clean the bearing and add grease at the same time. If necessary, the bearing can be directly replaced. One step is to adjust the position of stator and rotor core, find out the fracture and repair it.
