6. Instructions and precautions


Problems needing attention in the maintenance of servo driver:            

① The correct shielding ground point is at the reference potential point inside the circuit, which depends on whether the noise source and the receiver are grounded together or floating in the air.            

② To ensure that the shield is grounded at the same point, the ground current will not flow through the shield.           ③ It is very simple to avoid the occurrence of multiple earth connection methods, and the current will occur at different reference points due to noise.            

④ If there is no isolation between the communication power supply and the DC bus of the driver, the non isolated port or non isolated signal of the DC bus cannot be connected to the ground, which will lead to equipment damage and personnel damage.            

⑤ To avoid the servo driver connected to the ground of external power supply will directly affect the operation of the controller and driver.            

⑥ The common voltage for communication is not to the earth, and there may be a high voltage between the DC bus and the earth to prevent direct grounding.           

 ⑦ In the servo system, the common ground and the earth must be connected together at the signal end.            ⑧ In order to receive a constant voltage signal from the controller, refer to the command to ground the servo.
